It adopts the advanced embedded technologyLSIexact numerical control power supply drive and fast data module. Accompanied with X5, you can test and sort with high speed. Also, it can test the photoelectric parameters; and the test condition can be set by computer.

Applicable range

ZWL-3938 test instrument is suitable for different LED encapsulation of single-chipdouble-chip and full color three-chip, which adopts the universal interface. With the compatibility of chip probes in most factories and LED test machine, it can test quickly and successfully.

Test parameters

1. Test Vf(0~8V) and Vr(0~200V) with high accuracy;
