ZWL-190(160)ZWL-C00 LED Aging & Optical Attenuator Test System

1 Strong constant current power inside ( Recommendation : ZWL-190 for high Power LED, ZWL-160 for small power LED). 50 high Power LEDs(or small power LED) can be tested at the same time.

2   With multi-channel luminous intensity sensors, which comply with CIEB standard and are better than class 1, the system can real-time acquire Optical attenuating data and aging uninterrupted.

Advantage: On line measuring reduces error due to human factor and environment factor. At present, our company is unique domestic manufacture in Optical attenuating test instrument. 

3   Through the multi-channel luminous intensity data acquiring,setting aging time and the sampling interval preset (Max. fixed time is 9999 hour 59 minute 59 second, single unit max. biggest sampling frequency is 3600/hours), the system can perform measuring  automatically without human attending.

4   The system can work without computer.

5   Each LED luminous intensity data may be read and inducted to EXCEL through the special software.

6   The testing software may realize to a lot of average algorithms for each group luminous intensity data and plot Optical attenuating curve.
