It adopts the advanced embedded technology LSI exact numerical control power supply drive and fast data module. Accompanied with X6, you can test and sort with high speed. Also, it can test the photoelectric parameters; and the test condition can be set by computer.

Applicable range

1. Test Vf(0~8V) and Vr(0~200V) with high accuracy;
